For the thirteenth year in a row, Incentro is experiencing substantial growth. 2018 was another good year for Incentro. The expected result for the IT company this year is 5.9 million before tax, what means a growth of more than 53 percent compared to 2017.
The provisional figures show in addition that in 2018 the turnover amounted to more than 41 million euros, a growth of 17 percent compared to the previous year. Green numbers are not unknown to Incentro, this is the thirteenth year in a row that the company is growing reports.
Talent keeps services innovative
Despite the tightness on the IT labor market, Incentro has continued to grow healthily for years thanks to the Young Professional Academy. Here Incentro recruits young, just IT graduates at higher professional and university level. Incentro loves these young talents its services are innovative and they achieve their ambitious year after year growth objectives. In addition, the radio campaigns, which Incentro since 2017 commitment meant a substantial growth in brand awareness. This year there will be again. Different radio campaigns are being developed to promote the brand grow even further.
International growth ambition
Incentro also has great ambitions to grow internationally. In 2017 they already opened a branch in Kenya where they serve local customers with their Google expertise. But Dutch customers are also helped in Kenya with the application development and management. In 2023, Incentro hopes for their expertise to be allowed on five different continents. The ambition for this year is to become one branch to be opened on one new continent.
