The project focused on modelling and integrating activities from an operational perspective, connectivity with applications and local management of the technology to avoid excessive dependency on developers.

Rapid integration with maximum simplicity
Following a thorough comparison of iPaaS suppliers, Visma | Raet selected Workato as one of the candidates. As the Dutch partner of Workato, we helped to demonstrate the business value of the platform. A joint pilot project demonstrated how suitable Workato is: this integration platform offers an unparalleled ability to build automated workflows that business users can also understand.
Rapid results: proof of concept completed in just three weeks
From day one, we worked with Visma | Raet to identify more than 15 crucial use cases where integration and automation were essential. While a standard integration process normally takes three to six months, Workato allowed us to create a successful proof of concept (POC) in just three weeks.
Our integration architect worked directly with the Visma | Raet team to define the roadmap and architectural designs. A developer then got to work in close collaboration with the Visma | Raet team. We chose ‘training on the job’, which meant teaching the most important users to use the Workato platform step by step.
Specific example: Integrating service management with Jira
One specific example of our partnership is the integration of multiple service management systems to pass support requests from customers to partners. We developed a comparable solution for various teams. It allows internal and external support consultants to work together flexibly to provide rapid and effective customer support.
We have now optimally set up all the most common use cases. Now it’s time for the more complex projects, for which we can really use Incentro’s technical expertise.
