We did it again! We are a Best Workplace for the fourteenth year in a row. This year we are number 3 in the category of Best Large Workplaces. And yes, let it sink in: "For the fourteenth year in a row". We are proud of that!
Incentro a Great Place to Work 2023
Last Friday, at the Great Place to Work Netherlands event, Great Place to Work announced that we won third place in the Large Workplaces category. Quite a mouthful, so let's break it down a bit. What is Great Place to Work?
Every year Great Place to Work® publishes a list of the best workplaces in The Netherlands. And you don't just get on the list: you have to score well in extensive employee surveys and policy evaluations. It provides insight into employees' perceptions, collaboration and leadership within an organization. And from these insights, we learn and improve our organizational culture.
In other words: this award says that our Incentronauts are happy with our workplace!

Walk Your Talk Event
During the Walk Your Talk event, our Incentronauts were, of course, present! We walked through Utrecht with all nominated companies' attendees during this event. Along the way, there were several stops with activities around the following themes: mental health, opportunity equality, neurodiversity, gender equality, and LGBTQIA+. In other words: an inspiring and pleasant afternoon.
