After an intensive research phase, Incentro is pleased to announce that we have acquired B-Synergy. With this step, we are increasing our expertise in the field of low-code solutions in combination with SAP and we are expanding our strength in the field of OutSystems services. The takeover was formalized at the notary on December 22, 2022!

We are proud to announce that we have acquired B-Synergy! A moment to remember for us all. Our ambition is to continue acquiring more business that will enhance our ability to service our customers and partners.

B-Synergy is a company based in Alphen and has twenty employees at the time of the takeover. The management of B-Synergy will remain connected to Incentro.

This acquisition allows us to expand and deepen our portfolio, as well as help our customers by expanding our market knowledge, operating closer geographically, and providing services with a zero carbon footprint. All of these factors deliver value to our customer base, which is precisely what we are looking for.
